I am currently looking into arranging for conditioning training for all fighters at FCC. These sessions will be at White Oaks in the Human Performance Centre (the sport specific training studio) and will be lead by a qualified personal trainer. The trainer is already researching material in order to put together a program for us. This guy works with many athletes from various sports and will cater to our specific needs. So far I have been told that if 8 or more people attend a session it will be only $10 per session but this could get better. Anyone and everyone who is competetive at FCC is welcome. Please post if you are interested so I can get an idea of who wants to do this. We will figure out times later, for now I just want to know if it's something you guys would be interested in.
